Sterling has been working with RAFO since 2015. Eight years later and RAFO have given us the lion’s share of a considerable training programme for their Engineering Directorate.
One of the first programmes is a customised training course, which is designed to take technical instructors from basic training needs analysis through to course design, delivery and evaluation. The first group of 13 students arrive in the UK soon, having received a pre-course language and learning needs assessment via Zoom.
The trainer training team are looking forward to piloting this new course over the coming weeks, as there are a further 3 groups of 12 participants joining us between February and September 2023.
